Hello,

recently I bought new original ink cardridges (901), but since then everytime I print text there is a shadow underneath the text which makes it look very blurry.

The problem is temporarily fixed by removing the coloured ink cartridge, which obviously is not a solution if I want to print in colour.

I tried to align the printer which it asks to do by default when using new cartridges, I reset the printer to factory settings, I uninstalled all drivers and I don't know what to do anymore, nothing seems to work and I can't seem to find anything on the internet either. I have used the HP diagnosis tools aswell.

Is there anything more I can do?
