Product: PageWide Pro 577 MFP

We recently migrated to Office 365 for email and now we can't set up the printer to scan to email using the guide from here" https://support.office.com/en-us/article/How-to-set-up-a-multifunction-device-or-application-to-send...

 

We have the ports open on the firewall and the IP of the printer should be able to send out.

 

No matter what I do I get; "Server not found.  Check your configurations and try again."

 

Any one else able to get this printer working?  It was working before the migration using the local Exchange environment.
