Product: HP OfficeJet Pro 6978

It appears there are several people with the same printer having the same issue. It have tried everything I could find to remedy the situation. I've cleaned the print heads, changed the ink cartridge, checked the connection and made sure there was no debris blocking the ink. It seems very strange that other people with the same exact printer are having the same issue with the same color ink. I bought the extended coverage through Best Buy, but it expired in June and I didn't get a chance to take it in to get it fixed. Has anyone figured out a fix for this?
