Product: envy 5020
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

If I leave my printer switched on after use it normally goes to sleep and wakes up next time I send a print to it.

 

However it now crashes when left in sleep mode.

ERROR CODE 0XB3D7FA2B is the most recent code displayed. At the same time the three icons beside its screen flash.

 

If I power down and power up it will print a document but some time later it does the above again.

 

What can be done?
