Hi @Sbernal21,

Welcome to HP Support Community.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to help you.

Error code 71.01.4A on an HP OfficeJet 8022 All-in-One Printer typically indicates a hardware issue. It could be related to a mechanical problem, a sensor issue, or some other internal malfunction. Unfortunately, error codes like this often require professional assistance to diagnose and fix.

Restart the Printer: Sometimes, a simple restart can resolve temporary issues. Turn off the printer, unplug it from the power source, wait for a few minutes, then plug it back in and turn it on again.

Check for Paper Jams: Open all the access doors of the printer and carefully inspect for any paper jams or obstructions. Even a small piece of torn paper can cause the printer to malfunction.

Inspect for Foreign Objects: Look inside the printer for any foreign objects such as paper clips, pieces of tape, or debris that may be obstructing the printing mechanism.

Reset the Printer: Many printers have a reset option in their settings menu. Refer to your printer's user manual to find out how to perform a factory reset. Be aware that this will erase any custom settings you have configured.  https://support.hp.com/us-en

I hope this helps.

Take care and have a good day.
