Product: Laserjet M451nw
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

I have a problem.  I have seen this problem presented online before and no one ever has a resolution to it.  The printer is an HP LJ Pro M451NW.  Tray 2 as the target source prints great.  When trying to print from tray 1 as the target source, it dies and gives the message "Paper Jam in tray 2".  There is no jam.  No paper.  Nothing.  I have tried firmware update and a Hard Reset.  Any ideas?  Anybody?  Thanks in advance.
