Hello,

 

I have the following issue. I have an HP 1200w NFC/Wireless Mobile Print Accessory connected to LaserJet Professional CP5225dn printer. As per official HP documentation, this combination is supported. However, the 1200w webpage (and printer status LED) shows that the printer is unsupported. I tried to flash the firmware, however, the newest fw version is from 2015-06-02 (the same installed on the device itself), so nothing really changed after installing the same version. Is there any way to make the mobile print accessory disregard the unsupported status and just work as it is supposed to?
