To whom may be able to assist,

 

I have the HP Envy 6000 series printer and have had a good bit of difficulty with it since I got it. 

 

Currently, everything I try to turn on the printer, it enters an idle mode where a blue/green light travels from the middle and spread out. The buttons and wifi connector will not function as it is continually in idle mode.

 

I have tried resetting it by unplugging the chord from both the printer and the wall for 60 seconds and reconnecting. But when I reconnect it again enters idle mode.

 

If anyone could assist I would be extremely grateful!
