DesignJet t530
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

We recently bought a brand new DesignJet T530. It is connected locally to our server. It works fine, but at least ONCE a week we get a print dialogue saying "Error Printing on DesignJet T530" and "The printer could not print File.Pdf"  So we can't print anything unless we power-off and power on. This is NOT normal.

We did a Hard RESET with an HP tech over the phone. We also installed the t520 GL2 driver because the V4 driver is not as reliable (his own words, not mine) and that did not solve the problem.

We had a local HP support come by and replace the main pca communication board, but we still get the issue.

This is very frustrating, this is a brand new printer we bought 3 weeks ago.  We had an older HP design jet for 15 YEARS, plugged into the exact same power and data port, NO Issues whatsoever. We need this resolved ASAP.

We have spoke with support, but them coming on site is not going to do anything if we get the "error printing" once a week. They may come on a day when it works just fine.
