HP Envy 4520
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently installed a printer on my new pc but for some reason it stopped printing in color.  I tried all the fixes listed in the prior post about this issue for HP Envy 4520 but they were not applicable as I don't have the setting they mention.  I use HP Smart App.

Resolution: Remove the printer by going to Settings, then click on Devices (should be on top row) , then click on Printers & Scanners in the left navigation menu, then right click on the printer name and click on the remove device button. Next you will have to uninstall the HP Smart App so you can get the latest version from Microsoft Store which will have the latest print driver.  To uninstall, go back to Settings, then click on App (should be on top row) then do a search or scroll until you find HP Smart app, and then click on the app name and then select uninstall.  Once these steps are complete, I recommend restarting your pc.  Once restate is complete navigate to Microsoft Store and reinstall the HP Smart app and then install the printer using the HP Smart App.
