Hi!

 

We have two new network printers model HP Laserjet Pro M12W.


I've configured WiFi successfully (I needed to remove spaces at SSID because it didn't work at first)

Now, I can print in LAN hosts properly, lan hosts and those printers have 192.168.3.x IP's

that network have a Gateway that connects to another network with 192.168.1.x hosts using VPN (OpenVPN).

I have another printer, an HP Laserjet 400 on 192.168.3.x network that I could reach and print properly on a server on 192.168.1.x but the new printers can be pinged and print from the 192.168.3.x hosts but CAN'T be pinged from 192.168.1.x hosts.

 

The same for the web access to the printer, in nowhere there is none configuration related to firewall.

 

Please, How can I solve this ??
