Operating System: Microsoft Windows Server 2012 and older

Hi All,

 

I have an HP 577dw that has a weird issue with its yellow ink.  I appears that there is no ink pressure whatsoever, and the ink is just dribbling out of the printheads and smearing down across the paper.  I've tried Level 1 & 2 cleaning several times, with little to no improvement whatsoever. I've swapped out print cartridges and am using genuine HP supplies.  Has anyone out there ever seen anything like this?  

 

Any advice would be greatly appreciated - thanks!!
