Product: HP T830

Hi There,

 

I have a HP T830 printer, everything is set up to print wireless ect, we can print fine through our mobiles, it prints A1, A3, but trying to print on the computers it wont print at all, and on the printers screen tells us that the paper isnt the right size, when it is. for example, printing an  A1 plan from the computer,  all the settings are correct on the computer and the printer has the right paper in, on the mobile it prints straight away, which makes me think it a a setting on the computer, which i'm not usre what it can be!
