Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

My printer doesn't print and says Printer door open when it is not. 

If i reset the printer it works for one page then the next page it reverts back to printer door open, which it isn't . I am having to open and close the printer door and/or reset the printer for every page! How can i reset it for all pages?
