Product: HP OfficeJet 3830
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello -

I have not been able to successfully print in color from Word 365. Here are the specifics:

  • Microsoft Surface Book
  • Windows 10 Pro
  • OS Build 19044.1415
  • HP OfficeJet 3830

I have tried the following with no success:

  1. Checked the ink levels on my printer.
  2. I checked for all system updates and app updates.
  3. Did a complete restart of my computer.
  4. Reinstalled printer drivers.
  5. Did a factory reset of my printer.
  6. Removed the printer from my list of printers and then re-added it.

I am at a loss as to what to try next. Can anyone help??
