HP Recommended
Product: HP Photosmart 6525

My HP Photosmart 6525 sat unplugged for about 4 months.  Now it will not correctly print black ink.  Black comes out a light gray at best.  Have used the Clean Print head command several times - it got a little better with the 3rd try but still not black.

The cartridge is new.
