HP Recommended

Auto Duplex double sided printing has stopped working even though it is turned on in preferences.

can anyone tell me why my printer won't auto print both sides.

I have it set to Duplex print on the preferences tab to flip on long edge i have it set on the shortcut as pictured but when i try to print i get a box that says remove pages and reinsert then press continue to print but it dont work it just prints on the same side, but more to the point it used to it automatically.
