Product: Printer Deskjet 27020e
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 IOT

Hello!

 

I have installed my printer Deskjet 2720e. No problem during the installation. I'm able to print with wifi. But when I want to numerize, it's mentionned that my printer is off-line. How can I fix that?
