Product: hp laserjet pro mfp m28-m31
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a new HP Laser Jet Pro MFP M28-31.  I downloaded drivers from 123.hp.com/laserjet and i installed them correctly i quess. My computer is able to find the printer without problems, so it solves usb problems(usb cable is 1,5m long) . Device atm can't print or scan. While using hp print and scan doctor, app does find rarely device. Moreover when im trying to print test page, printer only flips through paper. When im trying to scan, app can't communicate with device. I reinstalled drivers few times at the moment. There is often case of hp print and scan doctor can't communicate with device. 

Im looking for advice how to make it work propely
