I have a Scanjet 200 flatbed Scanner. Everything was working fine the other day but currently, whenever I try to scan, an error message comes up.

If I press the physical button then this error comes up Scanjet error 1.jpg

If I click on Troubleshoot this problem then, this error follows up.

I can scan but the only format I can scan is in JPEG or Tiff. If I try to scan in PDF through the physical buttons, the scan works fine but the resulting file does not open and gives me an error message which say " This file is corrupt "

Please Help. I am not able to find anything online related to this.
