Hello everyone,

 

I´m writing in order to look for a solution to my printer's issue.

My HP M630 is scanning from the flatbed with a white line of 1 inch wide, that goes from the top to the bottom of the page.

This only happens when i´m scanning from the flatbed directly; it doesn't happen when I scan from the ADF.


I already have cleaned the scanning glass  on the outside and the inside, and also checked that there's no particle on the scanning lamp, checked the FFC's conecctions, and changed the formatters but the issue is still making me sweat.
