HP DESKJET 2624
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello!

Whenever I attempt to access any settings on the EWS on my Deskjet 2624, I am prompted for a username and password. I do not recall having set up these credentials when I got the printer. I have read tons of support articles and followed the advice on them to no avail. I have tried:

  • admin/admin
  • admin/Admin
  • admin/12345678
  • admin/[blank]
  • and many others

As many have suggested, I also pressed the WiFi and Cancel buttons together to reset the network settings. After connecting to the setup network broadcasted from the printer, I am still prompted to enter a username and password. Is there something I'm missing? Thanks in advance!
