Photosmart 5740
Mac OS X 10.11 El Capitan

For 10 years, I used the 5740 to print waterslide decals onto Experts Choice white and clear waterslide decal film (a product of Bare Metal Foil Co.).  I print very fine liveries for 1/64 scale race car models.  Images were always very crisp; no bleeding or puddling even in the max quality settings (premium plus photo paper / maximum dpi).  The machine finally died.  I bought a used one which also died.  Shopping for a new printer, I wanted a similar all-in-one printer/scanner/copier with good photo printing capabilities under $250.  Considered the HP Envy 7155 but eventually bought the Epson XP-6100 because it rated higher for photo and graphics printing.  Unfortunately, I discovered too late that this Epson isn't compatible with waterslide decal papers.  What current HP printers are best for my application?

Thanks
