Product: photosmart c4500
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi all.

I've succesfully connected my photomart c4500 printer to my home wireless network. I can print from my main PC (old) on with wireless network.

I have a new laptop (windows 10), and am having problems printing from this laptop.

The laptop recognises / detects the printer, but tells me that the driver is not available.  I've updated the driver via the HP website. No change.

Any tips would be gratefully accepted.
