Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I treid to configure scan to mail.

when I try to scan it connects to the smtp server and it start scanning. when it start sending the mail it fails: the message is: . An error has occurred during a digital send task

 

I used the following smtp configuration:

 

smtp name: smtp.office365.com
Port: 587

unchecked ssl support

checked smtp-verrfication

username: <office365 mail>

paasword: <password>

from adress: <office365 mail>

 

i treid differnt ports like 25, 994, with or without ssl and smtp-verrifcation

 

can someone show me the correct configuration for the 5035 to get scan to email working.
