HP Recommended

installed a printer a few weeks ago, and was in a bit of a hurry. I dont recall the printer being set up with a admin or user set up, but now I want to scan to email, it is asking for a user and password to be able to configure this option. 

As I have tried whatever passwords it might be my only option is to reset.

 

Any ideas please?
