Hi @Hemant Singh,

what´s your enviroment? MTR, G7500?

Be aware, a "normal" USB-connection to a Win10/11 PCs is not supported yet, because of missing far-end echo cancellation.

Hello,

Our Setup is MTR solution, please let us know whether we can make presets with shure microphones for voice tracking.

Speaker Tracking is a feature of the E70 not of the Shure mics, I´m not sure what you want to achieve.

You only use the Shure mics for voice transmission, integrated mics of the E70 are only for speaker tracking.

Hey,

I want to achieve speaker tracking features of poly E70 for above 25feet space. we have integrated the shure tile microphones for mic features & wanted to use speaker tracking/presets features of poly E70 with shure tile mic.

Please suggest can it be possible or not?

Hemant

No it´s not possible to use 3rd party mics for active speaker recognition instead or in combination with E70 mics, it only works with the internal mics of E70.

Just to let you know, I did some performance tests with E70 in the past and the mics worked without any problem within 30-35 feet.
