How to "Clear Carriage Jam" error message on Photosmart 2610xi all-in-one printer?

Error message  says :Carriage Jam". Open door, clear carriage jam and then press OK to continue"  What door? Is it the front of the printer where you access the cartridges? I looked in that area and did not see a "jam". Where would the carriage jam be and how would I clear it? Thanks!!
