Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I recently bought a pen from HP that I was told is compatible with my computer. I got the pen and tried to get it to connect, but I can't get it to connect. The battery is in the pen. I looked at the connect instructions and tried to use it, but nothing I'm doing is working. This is my third pen (because a Best Buy guy steered me wrong), and I really want it to work.

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Support Forums. 🙂 I came across your post and would like to help.

I understand that you have an HP ENVY x360 - m6-aq003dx laptop and are trying to use the HP Pen(1MR94AA). I read that the pen does not seem to work with the laptop. You have tried 3 pens and the issue persists.

I did some research on this case and found the touchscreen compatibility with Pen and Stylus for HP laptops: http://hp.care/2v7bBSJ

In the list of laptops, I do not see your HP laptop model series listed.

Hope this information helps. Let me know if you have any further questions. Cheers! 🙂
