Hey there! @nastymamabear, Welcome to HP forums.

I understand you have forgotten password for your PC.

Don't worry I'd like to help you out.

Did you make any software or hardware changes on your PC?

Is your PC asking for windows login password or the BIOS password?

If you have recovery partition intact on your PC you can try performing recovery and check if it helps.

Refer this article to know how to perform system recovery from the partition.

If you don't have a recovery partition on your PC. Please contact HP Support and order a set of recovery discs.

Link to contact HP.

Have a beautiful day ahead!

Take Care! 🙂
