Product: Spectre x360 13 convertible PC
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought Microsoft 365 Personal 1 Year with HP Spectre x360 13 convertible PC but  I am not able to activate  Microsoft 365.

I recommend you contact Microsoft and they will be able to assist you in this regard.
