HP EliteDesk 800 g1, USFF with optical drive
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Samsung Galaxy Note 4 (2 of them) will not connect with Win10 64. They connect fine to my other machines with Win7 64  and even XP! The Win10 machines, both of them will charge them but no communication. I've tried all the updated drivers i can find. Samsung says note 4 is compatible with W10 64.

Factory cable.

Note 4's are on OS 5.1.1.

Device MGR looks just like you want it to.

Have latest Samsung driver 1.5.65.

I'm thinking its a Win10 issue?

This has been an on going search for 4 days. Never had 10 before, thought I would try it out, not impressed so far.

Both machines had 8 in them and were downgraded to 7pro, according to the stickers on them. Maybe time to go back to 7 ?

I'm missing something but no idea what?

TIA,

PD
