How much memory does my motherboard support?

Can I install memory DDR4 or not?

 

Or "the best' memory type is DDR3L?

SO-DDR3 16Gb (2x8Gb) PC15000 1866MHz Kingston HX318LS11IBK2/16 ?  - frequancy 1866 MHz

 

If my choice is wrong, may be I could install this RAM (also DDR3L):

SO-DDR3 16Gb(2x8Gb) PC12800 1600MHz Kingston CL9 HX316LS9IBK2/16 HyperX Impact Black ? - frequancy 1600 MHz

or

SODIMM Kingston HyperX Impzact [HX316LS9IB/8] ?

 

 

And could you give me a tip of advise about processor upgrade?

The only choice is i7-3770s ?
