Operating System: Microsoft Windows 7 (64-bit)

HI I purchased a HP 6530b Laptop from ebay and when i turn it on i get a HP White screen with blue band down left side and its asking for Admin password which i dont know after couple tries i get a Authentication Failed screen,  Is there anyway to delete this screen or password request?? I contacted seller they forgot the password also?  I am using a NEW hard drive in the unit since it did not come with one. thanks for your help
