Product: HP 15 bs070wm

When I start up my laptop it says boot device not found. I've already tried the legacy solution and it still didn't work. I then bought a 240 SSD to replace the hard drive and it still doesn't work. I ran the hard drive test and it says

 

Smart check: Passed

Short/ Long DST: Not Available.

My current version of BIOS is 1.18.0.0

 

Can anyone help in telling me what can be wrong with my laptop. Id appreciate it. Thanks.
