Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I bought a HP Color LaserJet Pro MFP M479fdw today. It was easy to install and soon the first picture was printed. When I turned it on again later it said: "A problem has occured with one of the printer's critical system files. A printer update will be installed to fix this problem." Since then it is not doing anuthing and I cannot reach it by IP adress, USB, WiFi or it s own menu screen. I was hoping to give it a factory reset without the touch screen. Is this possible? Thanks for any help!
