Product: Omen 30l gt13-0014

Purchased a hp Omen 30l gt13-0014 from BB may 20th and we are having problems with the LEDs. Sometimes they don't come on or won't change colors. Right now they're stuck on white and are not responding to any changes. Any suggestions on what to try?
