Envy
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have a HP Envy laptop that is about 3 years old and it has always had issues getting stuck in tablet mode but I could normally fix it by flipping in into tablet mode a few times and it go back to desktop mode but now it’s not working.

I have went into setting and changed it to open in desktop mode when it turns on and now it’s showing it’s in desktop mode but I still can’t use the keyboard or touchpad but my wireless mouse does work. But I know it still is registering in tablet mode because the volume button is inverted as it would be when it’s flipped into a tablet.

I have tried many things to try and fix it including disabling tablet mode via registry and preforming a system restore to a day when it was still working (about 4 days ago).

Please help!
