I've already done that. I am in Kuwait and all the US support person could give me was a phone number to HP in the UAE. It seems that there is no regional "1-800" number, so this would be an international call.

 

I'll just return the Sprocket. It's very disappointing becuase I have wanted it for a long time and it was a Mother's Day gift, but no gadget is worth this much work, just to get it to work as it is advertised it will.

Im trying to find a solution to the same probelm you have and was wondering if you ever fixed it or just returned? 

 

they keep telling me to follow the troble shooting steps but none work to fix the grainy blurry horrible quality photos.
