I downloaded the demo version Polycom RealPresence Desktop installed but I can not vospolzovatsya 30 day test period the message "I do not have the access rights"

Can you be more specific about the issue you are experiencing? Unfortunetky I cannot understand the text in te screenshot to hepf clarif the issue

 

The software will give a 30 day trial period for you to use it. Has the 30-day trial ended and you want to know how to continue to use it or are you unable to use it during the trial period?
