Operating System: macOS 15.0 Sequoia

Have an older Scanjet G4050 connected to a Mac Studio running macOS 15.6.1. Scanning either documents or photos the resulting file has a blue haze.  Cleaned the flatbed glass with no improvement. Haze appears to be the result of some kind of 'dirt' on the underside of the glass. Is there any way to clean or compensate for this?
