HP SD Pro G6H50B
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hello,

I have an SD Pro whose serial number indicates it's an older Win 7 Version. When I look at the current software rev, it's 1.3.4 HPPD. So I imagine at some point it was updated to Win 10, looks like Win 10 when booting.

I found new software 2.11.2 which seems quite a bit newer than what I have. The details for it say for the HD Pro even though it's on the SD Pro page.

Can someone confirm that HPzz_2.11.2 is the correct file?

I'm trying to fix an issue where some pre scans stop feeding at random points, might be a couple inches to a foot. This does not happen all the time. Power cycling the scanner unit sometimes helps. I have been able to scan large cad documents but trying to scan a paper profile page fails every time. I have done the paper sensor test and it seems OK.

Thanks

I found my problem. I went back to the sensor test. This time I fed a document through. What I noticed is that the lid sensor would flicker on and off as the document is being fed. During a scan, this would stop the scanner.

I addressed the lid sensor and now the scanner is working fine.

It also looks like the software file 2.11.1 is FW rev 1.3.4. When I tried to update the software, it did not show anything newer.
