Hi , I have a problem with the scanner. After the Firmware Upgrade the screen appears white and there is a black line on the display. I updated it to Firmware version 7.150. I searched for an older version but couldn't find one. Note that the scanner is connected to the Internet and I can access it via the browser, but when I repeat the update, nothing changes.

if some one can provide the old firmware version to try install 

Model :  HP ScanJet Pro 4500 fn1
