Doesn't exist there the software for the scanner but only the drivers, 
I need the software

Thank you for the update. I see that we have shared the driver link available for the HP Scanjet G4010. Once the drivers are installed, the HP Scanner software should open automatically.

 

Could you please share the exact error message you are seeing or provide a brief explanation of the issue you are experiencing while installing the drivers? Additionally, may I know the operating system of your laptop?
