Product: HP ScanJet Pro 4500 fn1 Network Scanner
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

If the scanner is on before booting the computer, it is recognized and operates normally.  If the scanner is turned off before booting and then turned on after the computer fully boots, the computer does not recognize the scanner.  It is connected directly via USB.  Have tried uninstalling and reinstalling and also tried different USB ports without success.
