Dear HP Customer Support Team,

It is to inform you that I have raised a complaint regarding the unresolved service issue for my HP product. Despite registering the case 13 days ago, I have not received any satisfactory response or resolution from the assigned service centre or service engineers. My repeated attempts to reach them via phone have gone unanswered, and there has been no proper communication regarding the repair status.

Case Details:

·       Product Description: HP Pro one 240 23.8-inch G9 All-in-One Desktop PC (4K509AV)

·       Product Number: 6X3Q3PA

·       Serial Number: 8CC312267J

·       Case Subject: HM/IND/ENG/NBD/IW/HP Pro 240 G9 All-in-One Desktop PC Bundle (6X3Q3PA) / No Power

·       Days Pending: 13

The desktop PC is completely non-functional (“No Power” issue). The delay and lack of communication are causing significant inconvenience. I request that this matter be escalated immediately to the appropriate service management team and that a prompt resolution or update be provided without further delay.
