HP All-in-One Desktop PC 27-cr0000a (76M59AV)

I recently bought the HP , 76M59AV which replaced the HP Pavilion 4N5D8AV all in one. Due to an issue not connecting to the internet or wifi.
I have been playing Sniper Elite Resistance on the prior system with no isssues. Seems the newer system has an issue running it with shaky graphics. I checked if the game could be run on the new system once I realized I had issues and results were no due to the graphics in the system

AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G with Radeon Graphic

so apparently the graphics in the system does not have enough memory which I found interesting since the prior system ran it with no issues. Any thoughts

Hi @sarge6869,

Welcome to the HP Support Community!

Thanks for reaching out!

Your new HP All‑in‑One 27‑cr0000a with the AMD Ryzen 5 Pro 4650G and integrated Radeon Graphics is weaker for gaming compared to your older Pavilion model, because it lacks a dedicated GPU. That’s why Sniper Elite Resistance runs with shaky graphics even though the previous system handled it fine.

Here's What You Can try

Lower resolution (e.g., 720p) and disable advanced effects like shadows or anti‑aliasing. This reduces GPU load.

Some HP systems let you increase the amount of system RAM reserved for graphics. Check BIOS/UEFI under “Integrated Graphics” or “UMA Frame Buffer Size.”

Install the latest AMD Adrenalin drivers for performance improvements.

I hope this helps

Take care and have an amazing day ahead! 🚀

Best regards,
