Product: HP ProOne 240 23.8 inch G10 All-in-One Desktop PC (710M4AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
I can't access HP ProOne 240 G10 (AIO) bios with the administrator password that I put a few month ago.
I already reset the bios configurations to default with the power button method but it didn't help.
Notice that this model doesn't save the password in the BIOS, rather to another place in the motherboard (EC).
I've 22 computers with that same problem.
I'm sure about the password, it's the same I put in all the computers, and I've some old ones and others with no problem at all to access.
Replacing the motherboard is not acceptable by me, I'm looking for another solution.
