Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Has anyone been able to get Quickbooks 2003 on to Windows 11?  I have it on my old laptop with Windows 10.  Keep getting error when trying to use disk to install on new laptop  with Windows 11.  Everything I find online says it cant be done.  I had a IT tech online once said he though he could do it for me. I lost his info.  Anyone know how to bypass the error?
