@Mahes__Tawade Welcome to HP Support Community,
Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue
It sounds like you're stuck in a BitLocker recovery loop, which can be frustrating. Let's try few steps:
Check the Recovery Key
If you saved it to your Microsoft account, you can find it by logging into Microsoft Account Recovery.
If you saved it to a USB drive or printed it out, use that to enter the key.
Check BIOS Settings
Turn on your laptop and BIOS/UEFI.
Make sure “Secure Boot” is turned on.
Check if TPM is enabled. This is important for BitLocker.

Try Booting Without USB or External Devices
Turn off your laptop completely.
Disconnect any USB drives or external devices.
Turn the laptop back on and see if it boots up normally.
System Restore (If Available)
If you have a restore point set up, go to Advanced Startup Options:
Go to Troubleshoot > Advanced Options > System Restore.
Choose a restore point before the BitLocker issue started.

Reinstall Windows (Last Resort)
If nothing works, you can reinstall Windows:
